Justin S. Parks began his career in Manhattan real estate in 2003, working for a small 10 person firm in Union Square that he quickly helped grow to over 150 agents where he pioneered the residential sales division. “It was a true blessing to start at a small firm; I really had to learn the business from the ground up.” These beginnings inspired Mr. Parks to found SP Realty – a boutique full-service real estate firm that believes real estate brokers are “purveyors of expertise.”

It is the broker’s job to closely align with the passion and creativity of the client; to understand their real estate aspirations, from a visual and financial perspective, delivering beautiful living experiences that are also extremely profitable.

Over the last two decades Mr. Parks has worked with an incredible array of high-profile clients and companies in every business genre - from Fortune 500 CEOs to Academy Award-winning film directors - guiding them to sell and acquire exceptional homes.
His career includes sales and acquisition of townhouses and lofts as well as countless new developments.

A broker at the top of his game, he consistently obtains record prices for his sellers and amazing value for his buyers. Mr. Parks believes in giving back to the local and global community any way you can “it’s doesn’t have to be enormous, just consistent.” Under that premise SP Realty sponsors several amazing charity organizations by “Giving Back Through Real Estate” - the firms commitment to donate a portion of sales proceeds to charity.

As a graduate of Baruch College, he is honored to have lectured on the New York Real Estate market at Ivy League Universities and Fortune 500 Companies. He also implemented a housing program for the Board of Education.
